Community engagement is a central theme for tenants at Osborn Triangle. The Bulfinch Property Management Team collaborates with tenants to offer a variety of volunteer and service initiatives that benefit local organizations throughout the year. Key partners include Building Impact and Kendall Square Association.

BUILDING IMPACT​
Building Impact is a nonprofit organization that designs corporate days of service and team volunteering in the Boston community. Bulfinch is a founding member of Building Impact and has collaborated with the organization for over 20 years. Osborn Triangle is recognized annually as an impact award-winner for the ownership’s socially responsible partnership as well as the high level of events and tenant volunteer hours.

KENDALL SQUARE ASSOCIATION 
​Osborn Triangle proudly supports the Kendall Square Association’s mission to build partnerships, host events, advocate for public policy issues and tell Kendall’s story of transformation from an industrial center to a global innovation hub.
Tenants are able to participate in annual events and programming that bring people together to build a better future. Featured community events include member socials, local tours and the Kendall Square Challenge, a series of physical and mental challenges in support of local non-profits.
